Coronavirus Update 19.3.20

In the light of the current situation the committee have discussed the matter and reluctantly made the following decisions:

1. The club will be closed, the clubhouse locked, and all sailing activities (including of course all duties) cancelled until the end of April when the committee will again review the matter.

2.  The Presentation Evening Dinner, presently fixed for Friday 3^rd April is cancelled.  It may be possible to hold the event later in the year, but we will keep you informed.

3.  The RYA Learn to Sail course fixed for 18^th/19^th April is cancelled.

Refunds will be made to those members who have already paid for a course or the Presentation Evening, and we are presently looking at how best to deal with those refunds.

We will update this information after the committee’s review meeting at the end of April.

We are naturally sorry for these restrictions and cancellations but felt bound to make them in the light of the government’s advice, and we hope you will understand the need for them.
