Phase 1 – opening of boat park

Dependant activities;

·     STW opening its visitor site 20/05/20

·    Actions  identified in the initial risk assessment being completed

·     Review of the RYA Covid-19 Secure Club Opening tool

·     STW approving TSC risk assessment

Phase 1 – further information

·     Access to the boat park will initially be for retrieving boats for maintenance at home/onsite maintenance.

·     There will not be access to the club house of other club facilities at this time.

·     Guidance on how to comply with the risk assessment will be communicated in full by the Commodore and will be available on TSC Face Book and website pages.

Phase 2 – general sailing

Dependant activities;

·     Further actions identified in the initial risk assessment being completed

·     Volunteer safety and flag cover

Phase 2 – further information

·     General sailing will initially be for adults sailing either single handed or with members of their household (including a junior) and competent junior sailors sailing single handed

·     Due to the government restrictions on gatherings of more than two people from different households, racing and coaching of juniors will not be possible at this time.

Phase 3 – club racing

Dependant activities;

·     Further risk assessment & actions implemented

·     Review of implementation of Phase 2

·     Changes to current Government guidance on social gatherings

·     Review of Gov Recreation and Leisure Task Force guidance if available at this time

Phase 4 – training and interclub events

Dependant activities;

·     Further risk assessment & actions implemented

·     Review of implementation of phase 3

·     Substantial changes to the social distancing guidance Changes to current Government guidance on social gathering

Phase 3 and 4 – further information

·     It is not currently known whether coaching of juniors would align with Phase 3 or 4, however, commencement of this activity will be continually reviewed as new Government guidance is issued.
