Race training session – August 27th

Why not try some free, race training for new and existing members ?

Monday 27th August 10am start.

Boats will be rigged but members need not change into sailing clothes.

We will be running an introduction to racing covering the following in the club house:

1. Introduction to race start process
2. Race course
3. Introduction to race rules
4. Handicap and pursuit races

We will then get changed and put boats on the water for:

1. Practice starts
2. Practice short race

If you do not already have one I would suggest purchasing a sailing race watch at some point .

We will then all participate in the  Late Summer Pursuit Race at 1200.
